V12 Speedster detail

The Origin

The Aston Martin V12 Speedster was not designed to be practical, or comfortable, or sensible. It was designed by Q by Aston Martin — the brand’s bespoke customisation division — as a pure expression of what a driver’s car could be when freed from every convention. Drawing on Aston Martin’s racing heritage and the aeronautical precision of fighter jet design, it was conceived as a living manifesto. Eighty were built. Each one hand-finished. Each one allocated before the world had seen it.

The Experience

There is no roof. There is no windscreen. The V12 Speedster places you in complete, unmediated contact with everything around it — the road, the air, the sound of a naturally aspirated 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 at full voice. 700 horsepower. 753Nm of torque. The Monégasque sky directly overhead. This is not a metaphor for freedom. It is the actual sensation of it, at 186 miles per hour if you choose, on roads that were built for exactly this.

The Engine

At the centre of the Speedster sits a 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 — front mid-mounted, quad cam, 48 valves. An engine that Aston Martin has continuously refined across decades of road and racing use. In the Speedster, it operates without the insulation of a conventional body. Every mechanical event — every gear change from the ZF 8-speed transmission, every compression cycle — is an experience rather than a background process. The engine does not merely power the car. It defines the atmosphere inside it.

There are eighty eight in the world.
One is waiting.

The V12 Speedster is available for private touring experiences across Monaco and the French Riviera. Availability is limited and offered on a strictly personal basis.
